한국의 도시는 너무 복잡해서 사람들이 서로 부딪히는 경우가 있다. 한국인들은 이것이 불가피하다고 생각하며 이러한 접촉으로 다치지 않는다면 아무도 신경쓰지 않는 것 같다. 반면에 낯선 사람과의 이런 신체 접촉은 미국인들을 짜증나게 한다. 미국인들은 공공장소에서 자신의 "개인적인 공간"을 지키려고 하기 때문이다.
Bump into others in a crowd.
Korean cities are overcrowed and people do, at times, bump into one another. Koreans think that this is inevitable and no one seems to mind at all unless the contact hurts. Americans, on the other hand, find this form of bodily contact with strangers to be irritating since they are accustomed to maintaining their own "personal space" in public places.
